Before installing the breaker tool, an appropriate amount of grease should be applied. Make sure that the correct high-quality grease is properly flled before work, and fill it regularly during the work.

Regularly check the wear of the guide bushing and fixing pin of the breaker tool. When the wear tolerance exceeds the standard, it should be replaced in time, and always ensure that it has a good guiding/fixing effect.

Do not continuously strike at the same place for more than the operating time recom-mended by the breaker manufacturer, usually 10-15s at most.

Before starting the breaker, ensure that the working end of the tool is in full contact with the work surface. successfully broken Stop hitting immediately after breaking to avoid blank hits.

It should be ensured that the breaker tool is always applied at a right angle (90 degrees) to the working surface. The correct working angle is the key to ensuring the longevity of the drill rod tool and other related components.

When the shape of the working end of the breaker tool is damaged or worm to the point of losing its original performance, it is recommended to trim it by milling, planing or turning. (In most normal cases, the tool does not need to be repaired)

The breaker tool should be inspected regularly for possible debris or cracks on the surface of the guide bush/pin and drill rod tool (these marks indicate insufficient/erron or improper use of the hydraulic breaker), and with the help of the grinding wheel, Sand its surface to a visible trim.

When it is necessary to change the strike position during operation, do not try to pry the breaker tool by a large amount, but gently shake the breaker towards the operating room to reduce the 9.accumulation of powder around the working end of the tool.
